Dear Colleagues, Dear Friends,
Less than one month is left before the 16th Panhellenic Congress of Regional Anaesthesia, Pain Therapy and Palliative Care will take place, in October 1 – 4, 2015, at the hotel Lucy, in Kavala, Greece. The Congress is co – organized by the Hellenic Society of Pain Therapy & Palliative and Symptomatic Care of Cancer and Non – Cancer Patients (PARHSYA), the Greek Section of European Society of Regional Anaesthesia and Pain Therapy (ESRA Hellas) and the A’ Anaesthesiology Clinic of Aretaieion University Hospital, Athens, Greece. The Preliminary Program is already prepared, including lectures, round table discussions, satellite lectures, satellite symposia, hands – on & Simulation clinical workshops and free announcements, on current topics related to Regional Anaesthesia, to Management Strategies of Acute and Chronic Pain, as well as to Palliative Care. Of particular interest are the Simulation Workshop on Fluid Management during Application of Regional Anaesthesia, as well as the interactive discussion between ESRA Europe, ESRA Hellas and the audience regarding the future of scientific societies in the european territory, as well ass their role during provision of continuing education and training.
Based on the experience of previous years, we look forward to an equally well – organized Congress, characterized by excellency and we wish every success to the Scientific and Organizing Committee of the 16th Congress of PARHSYA – ESRA Hellas, that will take place this October, again in Greece.
